Terms and Conditions

By booking water delivery with Water by Nature you accept the following terms:

  1. Payment is due prior to delivery (the day prior being the latest). If we have not received payment the day before your delivery we will not deliver the water unless otherwise arranged. All banking details are on the order form.
  2. You can cancel or reschedule a delivery before 12pm on the day prior to delivery. If you cancel after this time and prior to 6am of the day of delivery you will be given a refund, less a $25 administration fee. Should you cancel while the truck is en route or on arrival you will be charged full price. Cancellations are required in writing and can be emailed to hello@waterbynature.co.nz
  3. You accept and understand that the water being delivered is from a private Ministry of Health approved natural artesian bore and is un-chlorinated.
  4. Water by Nature will do it’s best to deliver the water on the day and time given by them. However, you accept that this time and day is an estimate only and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Should your delivery be delayed you must still accept the goods if delivered within 24hrs of the delivery time and pay the full rate.
  5. By booking a water delivery with us you are confirming that the access to your tank is suitable for a six wheeler truck. This means a metal or concrete driveway of at least 3m width, either straight or adequate bends for a water truck to negotiate and an adequate turnaround area. It needs to be well maintained and free of obstacles that may damage or prevent access. For example low overhanging branches, parked vehicles, animals etc. Please keep stock and animals secure away from access areas. If we arrive and cannot access the site safely or adequately the job may be abandoned and full charges will apply. If it requires extra time to access extra charges will apply at a rate of $20 + Gst per additional 15 mins. Please ensure any young children and pets are secure for their own safety.
  6. Water trucks are heavy vehicles and tyres may leave marks on concrete drives or shift gravel. All care and respect will be taken by our drivers however in placing an order you accept the risk of a heavy vehicle entering your property. Water by Nature will not accept any liability should damage result from unsuitable access. Please discuss with us if you have any concerns regarding access prior to delivery.
  7. Standard hose length included in the price is 35m. Jobs requiring over 35m in hose will incur an additional charge of $30 + Gst per length. Please inform us of the distance to your tank when completing your order.
  8. You accept and understand that new water added to your tank may stir up existing sediment and debris. While we use a custom-built diffuser to minimise this we still recommend leaving the water for 2-3 hours to settle before using to prevent clogging of filters, pump stress, and cloudy water. We will also let you know if we believe your tank requires a clean. Please let us know if you wish a separate container to be filled for drinking water at the time of ordering. We are happy to do this for you so you can enjoy fresh drinking water immediately. Please ensure the appropriate container is left close to the tank access so it is obvious and easy for our driver to fill.
